Evolutionary ecology of infectious diseases: Current topics

Topic of this year (Fall 2011): Evolutionary ecology of pathogen effectors involved in innate immunity

In this course, we will consider the role of pathogen effectors in the innate immunity of plants, animals and insects. The course will be structured as indicated in the table shown below.
