Organisation
The Professorship of Plant Pathology is one of eight Professorships within the Institute of Integrative Biology (IBZ) and one among 17 Professorships in the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences (D-AGRL) at the ETH. In 2005, the D-AGRL joined the School Domain Earth, Environment and Natural Resources (S-ENETH). The Plant Pathology group is one of 21 participants in the Zurich-Basel Plant Science Center as well as a participant in the Swiss Competence Center Plant Survival. Plant Pathology teaching is conducted within the D-AGRL, the Department of Biology (D-BIOL), and the Department of Environmental Sciences (D-UMNW).
The Plant Pathology Group maintains a broad research program as shown in the figure below.
